Hi Michelle, I would advise you to discuss this with your Doctor. In saying that it could be probable that you are advised against it given that supplements verus medication! i For myself, I take a medication and take Fusion Weight Loss and have had n side effects!

Hi Shaz, I haven't had that problem yet as I take mine mid morning and then later in the afternoon around 3pm. I know Fusion Weight Burn does contain green coffee, however it is a minimal amount. I have tried the Fusion Weight Burn which didn't really work for me.

I much prefer the Weight Loss as it has had no negative effects for me.

Hello Margaret I took two tablets 30 minutes before each meal 3 times a day so 6 tablets a day hope this was helpful for you and try to stay away from carbohydrates

Hi Margaret. What works for me is taking 2- tablets approx 30 minutes - 1 hour before a meal. I do this twice a day. I don't find any purpose in eating first then taking the tablets after as my understanding is that these tablets are to assist with not eating so much!!

This certainly works for me and assists with the temptation of over eating!

My bottle says to take 1 tablet, 3 times per day after a meal. Most days I only end up taking 2 tablets - one in the morning and one at lunch.

Hi i just bought fusion burn from health food store. i was advised to take 2 tablets after meal. I love Tcm meds it takes time depend on weight bmi and height and other health problems. i exercise and jogg alternative days . regularly eat healthy and drink plenty of water. m seriously worried for my health. so please tell me if i need to make any more changes.

Hi Emma, I don't take Weight Burn as I found it not effective for me- I take Weight Loss and have been taking 2 mid morning which assists me with not over eating and bingeing. I find my portions would be decreased.

Recently I have taken 2 mid afternoon'- { when I get time and if I remember- due to work constraints, } I have noticed this is effective in keeping my evening meal smaller too.

I don't look to "search " for snacks or tempting sugary deserts.

I consume mega amounts of water doing the day which helps to eliminate toxins and keep hydrated.

I have been squeezing 1/2 lemon into my water bottle and discovered it is great for not wanting sugary or sweet things.

On the good side, it keeps your stomach alkaline!
