How do I remove the barrel for cleaning?
Hi Nikki, If you look at the back of the vac there's a button just under the handle. press this and it will release the barrel then at the other end there's a button that says push. Put a garbage bag under neath and push that button. it will drop everything out.
I have had this vacuum for around 5 months and today when I went to use it, it didn't turn on I have tried cleaning it, changing the socket I plugged into I have maintained it very well what could be wrong and how could I fix please any advice would be appreciated?
I assume the last time it was used it didn't cut out through overheating(blocked filters) or an electrical cut out. Ensure the on/off button makes an audible clicking noise when it's pressed. Don't pull the cord out all the way to allow for possible wiring defect. Otherwise get the receipt and see the Good Guys. They will happily replace it. Good Luck
