MPN: HWF80AN1How can you tell if you got the auto dosing working correctly. I have put in liquid detergent set autodose and the indicator for that comes up on the display, however I have done maybe 30 washes and the detergent level has not reduced.
My problem exactly. It should go down! Call Haier on 1300729948. Report it and a technician will come out to assess it. I’m on my second machine now. Still not working. I will be calling them tomorrow.
i am the same they are aware of the issue but dont know how to fix it they say that it is to do with the detergent being to thick

Wow ! This is the same as me! I hadnt refilled the autodosing for four months and there was still lots in there. The helpline have no idea how to fix it
They told me i have to pay $200 for a technician to come out…and ive only had the machine for 4 months
Same for me. I am awaiting a replacement but have no confidence that the smart dosing will work in which case it gets returned and I switch to Samsung.
Sadly the 2nd machine has same issue. It's going to be returned and will be my last Haier machine. Edit: I have got a 2nd collection and refund agreed with no problem so must complement Haier customer service - but not their quality control.
