I took my first two tablets in the morning then two more that night. Within an hour of the night ones a bad stomach pains, diarrhoea, nausea and hot flushes (which I don’t get). Is this a normal reaction? I do suffer from a very sensitive stomach and possible IBS. Very cautious to continue. Any advice or recommendations?

I’ve been taking 2 HH capsules for 2 weeks now and have not noticed much difference yet, only that I’ve been bloated and my stools have been small . I am taking these puley to help with constant hot flushes that I’ve experienced for 2 years now. How many capsules should I take ? Hi Kylie, Did you know you get allocated a practitioner when you first get started taking Happy Hormones? Check your emails and you can ask them anything you like about your journey. Two capsules per day is not enough to fix your hot flushes just yet as it is not the therapeutic dosage it is still very early days. It has taken your whole life to get to this point and hormones work in monthly cycles so we suggest a full 3 months to allow your hormone production to adjust. But you will see results before this. Considering you have had a few bowel changes this suggests that you may have some issues clearing your hormones well so we need to work on this as well. I have been taking HH for 2 weeks and very happy so far with the results. I have noticed that my first menstrual cycle since starting is very heavy with clotting. Is this normal? I do suffer with flooding and endometriosis so not sure if it's just a particularly bad cycle?

My daughter is on a progesterone only birth control pills for period cramps and heavy flow, and she is on a beta blocker to prevent migraines. I suspect her issue is estrogen dominance. At the moment she also jas insulin resistance. Is it safe for her to take one of your supplements to help with her symptoms. My doctor recommended I try these for hormone related migraines. They appear to be working, however I have had significant weight gain in just 2 months. I eat healthy and exercise, but this sudden weight gain has thrown me. Nothing else has changed. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi Colinna, If could be fluid retention as your body balances its hormones. HH does not cause weight gain however it could be the fluid. We suggest happy greens and/or happy liver as support supplements to help clear the hormones from your system and this should resolve.

I started on 2 to 4 per day of happy Hormones at the beginning of February - so a month ago. I have noticed improved mood, but also more hot flushes and disturbingly Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in my right hand. I know there is a correlation between HRT and CTS ( see external link ) Have you had any other reports of this with your product?
I'm inclined to stop for a month to see if the CTS stops, that is my biggest concern. TIA
I haven t any of those but did incorporate 2 tablets of magnesium at night to help with the hot flushes. I also taje the Happy Tumeric and Happy greens. I did go off HH for a month and felt like crap. Haven't been off them since keep going with them you wont regret it.
Hi I love your Happy Hormones capsules and have been taking for over a year. I feel like my body is used to them now and my moods are slowly changing and getting bad now. Is it safe to maybe double the dose or do you suggest a different product?
Hi Sarah. Rather than increasing the dose it may be better to look at your stress levels and/or diet and lifestyle. Also adding happy greens and happy liver can just support your hormone metabolism.
