On the screen on my monitor a symbol has popped up next to the temperature it now has a camera symbol with a 1 and a circle made up of two arrows. What does this mean

Is there an app for this monitor?? Or is it the parent unit only?

Two questions - What is the battery life like? Amazon says 8 hrs - compared to many other brands, that seems quite long! Is there background static that you can hear when the monitor is next to you at night? Thanks all :)

Just wondering if the range is okay for upstairs down stairs through a concrete slab?

I’m in Perth WA and finding is so hard to find someone who can recommend a monitor for upstairs downstairs at any of the baby shops around here hence I’ve turned to amazon.

All your reviews sound like you are all very happy and I did see the one that says upstairs downstairs but I’m just wondering if that was through a slab?
