Hi, I am curious how much water is used for each different cycle on my 7.5kg jet front loader? I realise WELS rating says 64L But is this only on eco. For instance how much water is used on bedding setting as opposed to cotton eco. Thanks

Hi there. I am in the market for a washing machine and I have my eyes set on the Hisense 10kg front loader washing machine. I just want to know with all the fancy functions it comes with, like the allergy option etc, is it okay to use cold water for all the functions or do some require hot water usage as well?
Hi, my washing machine was not used for a few months (it is only 1 year old) and the first wash back smelt. So I followed instructions on how to clean. But every cycle is now hot (even when I change temp to cold) and the washing still smells. I’ve done multiple loads with no improvement. Are you able to help please?
Is there a trick to getting the cap back on the drain at the front R bottom corner? I cleaned out the debris from the chamber but cannot get the cap to tighten enough. Every time I think it’s in properly and turn the machine back on, water still pours out.
Can’t find an answer as to what the icons mean when you press the option button. One has a circle with two lines in the middle and the other has a T shirt or if you press again, both icons appear. I’ve read the manual and read this web page and still can’t find the answer. The user manual is absolutely useless
Hi, Bought this washing machine Sept 2016 with extra 4 years warranty. Have looked after it as instructed. A couple of months ago noticed some rust under the washing powder dispenser on the front panel and leaking of water from the front door. Now I have noticed there is rust under the gasket rim on the front panel. Unable to wash because of water leaking due to damage done from the rust. What can be done?
My machine now stops at the spin cycle on both rapid & long wash. I have to then manually turn to the spin cycle as another stage & sometimes this works & sometimes not. Is there a problem with it or are there adjustments I should make on the control panel ?
Hi, I have the Hisense HWGE9014 9 kg front loader machine with 'dose assist' function. However, there are no instructions on the machine or in the manual on how to use this feature.
How can I do a true cold wash? 40degrees is NOT cold.
You press the temperature button untill it displays only 2 horizontal lines. You should be able to adjust the temp to your liking on any cycle ☺️
On my HISENSE WFHV9014 washing machine's manual there is no explanation of the electronic icons displayed on paging through the options menu. Please supply these.

I’m very confused about the hot water capabilities, is the machine heating the water or do I need to get the hose installed? The website information wasn’t helpful at all.
Hi Danielle, Thank you for the review , do you have the user manual ?
I do and I’ve also looked it up on your website, unfortunately it gives me no clear answer
Hi Danielle Im guessing you're confused because it only has a cold water hose. The washing machine heats the water internally. Hope that helps. Cheers
Thank you!
I have just bought a Hisense and was also confused about the lack of hot water hose. checked the manual and it states "Hot inlet hose (if available, depending on model) it does not indicate which models have a hot inlet hose or not it does not also advise that the machine heats the water internally - hence I had to check online and found this thread. Would be great if the manual could be updated to reflect this info.
I recently bought this machine and having a lot of issues with it foaming up and foam coming out of the detergent dispenser/ above the door. Has anyone else had this issue? We have tried using half the recommended detergent and it still happens

What do the symbols means in the options menu? I don't know what they mean.
Yes i want to know this to. Ive read the manual and looked online and there's talk of the extra option. But cannot find which symbol means what. Anyone got an answer please?
Hi All , what symbols are you referring to ? , if you send an enquiry to service.au@hisense.com with the image we should be able to assist you further.
Why does it take so long to do the 15min quick wash?
Thanks what's the lowest temperate it sets at?
It only takes cold water, and it says 40° on start up. But i have not fiddled with it, you may be able to change it.
Does it show time remaining - how long do other cycles go for? 1hr?
Yes it shows the minutes remaining. Ive just checked for you, cycles are: "Intensive": 1:38 "Quick": .15 "Rinse and spin": .30 "Spin": .12 "Cotton": 2.40 "Synthetics": 1.10 "Delicate": 1.22
"Wool": .45
I use intensive for everything. Probably not supposed to. But i do, and everything is clean and in good condition.
