Can you adjust the spin speed.????? The booklet doesnt inform you of operating system.I find my clothes are sopping wet after a cycle and I only got the washing machine on saturday..Very disappointed at the moment

Hi can I use washing machine pods in my Hisense? Can the automatic dispensing be turned off?

The softner dispenser only seems to work every 2nd time. Have tried to turn off the automatic dispensing too to no avail.

Hi I have recently bought this machine. My washing doesn’t have any fragrance. I can’t tell if the automatic dispenser is working. I’ve put it on and off but no fragrance. It is fine if I put the laundry liquid detergent in the powder compartment. The washing comes out clean looking. I like to have the fragrance on my bedding. I’ve tried different programmes too. I’ve emptied the liquid holder and refilled. Nothing seems to help. Am I doing something wrong? Is it blocked? It doesn’t seem to decrease in the tank. Apart from that I love the machine.
