Hi i have had a trouble free run from my hwfr9012v front loader till today now i keep getting a code come up with f.22 now I've been cleaning filter regularly and clean always yet wont fill or start on cycles can some one shed some light on this issue so i can get back to normal ihave young children to keep up with and live in the country thanks p.s. been waiting patiently for someone to answer 1800 phone number with no success
I had that trouble too. It was a toothpick stuck in the drain pump impeller. Have a look at the pump entry with a torch. I also got $10 worth of change out of the rubber connection between the bowl & pump filter. Give it a squeeze & you should be able to feel if there is stuff caught in there. It's easy to undo.
My Hisense 9kg front loaded has F22 code have drained and checked filter add water and reset and code still comes up. What can I do?

My hisense 5kg automatic front loader washing machine always stops at 14minutes mark and takes more than 45minutes before continuing reading to 1minutes and then won't stop at all. Please what could be the problem and what's the best solution? thank you.

Can someone help? New machine. Washed a full load then halved it & put on cotton dry 4 hours. Came out soaked in water so did spin cycle & tried an hour cotton dry. Still soaked. Must be water going in. The washing works fine. Instructions for troubleshooting say check water tap is unopened.... Im guessing it means opened as surely wont have to turn tap off every time you do dry cycle

Our 9kg hisense is total rubbish.worked ok for a year now. Stops midway or 3 minutes from end refills with water.had 4 visits from engineers.packs up a few days after they have gone.latest theory is it is the drain causing the problem but how can it be ok for a year and the spare machine we have to use works fine?

Hello, I just got one yesterday and mine is doing the same thing. I put it on the cotton eco wash, which said it would take 1:18, but it took well over 2hours. Even when I tried the 12-minute spin cycle, it instead took 40 minutes. So frustrating! I am getting it replaced tomorrow.
Damn... I came searching online with the same issue. Has anyone resolved this? Is it only the cotton eco setting that takes 3 times as long as it specifies before starting? The wash setting sheet indicates max load for this cycle type is 8kg. Does the wash time change depending on the wash size?
Im hoping you can help. Im using cotton dry to dry my washing. Put in under a half load 4 hours & came out wetter than went in so did a spin. Then tried again for 1 hour & half way through the light thats showing its on cotton dry goes over to cotton (which is obviously a wash). If on cotton dry does it then go to cotton light? Cant seem to dry even tiny amount
same on 45 min wash take over 100 mins I'm in a tank water area so shorter the better salesman told me very water efficient anything but should never have got rid of old one

I have got hisense wfna9012 and keeps stopping 10mins before programme finishes so not pumping out water. Even tried changing programme to spin only. Starts at 12mins and stops at 10mins. No error message. Display showing locked and shirt. Any ideas what this could be?? Thanks in advance for any assistance
Sorry, i have no idea about it, my machine was fine until one day its started leaking due to broken drain pipe, I called the seller and after an inspection they fully refunded me as it was still under warranty period. Im not sure about yours, just call the seller. Cheers.
Hi, thanks for the reply. We managed to take out washing from the washer and put just half of it back in and then put on spin cycle. Worked fine. Did new programme wash after and all fine. Looks as though possibly over loaded slightly which caused problem. Hope this explanation helps others who have same or similar issue.
