I have this problem too. What helps the lack of suction?
Make sure the filters are cleaned after each use. Fibres will build up on the circular screen and can be peeled off-almost like a piece of fabric.
I wish I knew. I do clean the filters etc. but it's continuing to decrease in functionality. I emailed Godfrey's to check on my warranty - but they didn't even bother to answer!!
We bought a Hoover Hurricane Plus approx 1 yr ago. At first it had great suction but now it is absolutely hopeless. It makes the right sounds but sucks up very little. We have checked all filter and pipes etc where anything may become stuck and have found nothing. Can anyone offer any advice ????
We had the same trouble. The only answer is to put it on the nature strip and buy a dyson...
I have exactly the same thing theres nothing stuck anywhere its cleaned out... theres no suction ....so bad id use the broom, Ive had mine about 6 months!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT BUY THIS VACCUUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
