Hoover Tranquility Questions & Answers
I have a Hoover Tranquility, and have had for a few years now, and have been very happy with it, But unfortunately , the telescopic pole and foot were misplaced while moving, I have tried to replace it from a store in Wellington NZ, they did sell me one but not to much success, Where can I find an exact type fit for my machine, Regards Peter Andrews

Hi, We are sorry to hear that the wheel on your machine has come off. Unfortunately the replacement wheels for this machine have been discontinued and are no longer available. However, the machine can be booked in through your nearest Godfreys store as there may be a spare wheel at their service centre that can be used. Regards, The Hoover Team
