My Hoover Ultra Power stick vacuum says it’s charging with the LED light showing it’s charging but when I take it off charge an press the power button it flashes all the LED lights at once a won’t turn on what dose that mean
Hi When I put my vacuum on to charge the roller/ brush keeps turning. There is a clicking sound as it turns and does not happen when out of the charger. The vacuum is not working

Hiya, the battery died so replaced with a new handvac, and now the powerhead isn't receiving power (no brush or led lights, brush cleaned and clear, belt in tact). Suggestions?
After complaints about the stick vac I finally got a response from Hoover that it was a backup vac to 'your main vacuum' . Said it all really

Why did mine cost $89?? I took mine to Godfrey who charged me $20 to diagnose problem and $89 for the battery pack!!

Mine is still under warranty and as the shop here has closed down and Godfrey’s closed down a couple of years ago I spoke to Hoover and they told me to speak to Godfrey’s ( even though it wasn’t purchased there) and they needed a proof of purchase which I don’t have as it it in the computer if where I bought it so Godfrey’s couldn’t do anything about it. It’s a joke!

Hi when I take the vac off the charging base it start it via the top button it only runs for 2 seconds then dies, but I can take the hand held out and it works fine and charges fine when all together on base. What would be the issue?

It’s been approx. 1 yr since i purchased my hoover ultra power stick vac, but suddenly running time is only for a few mins now. Searching up the problem & looking into a solution, i understand it needs battery replacement with a cost despite still being under warranty, which i’m not happy doing so every yr. I still have the receipt from Godfreys & want to know if i can pick up another item by paying difference for better model rather than having to continuously doing for inspection/services with the current one?

The replacement batteries come as part of the handvac assembly which are $59.95 and can be ordered through Godfreys by calling 1800 815 270. I purchased a Ultra Power 2 in 1 cordless stick in October, 2017. All of a sudden it won't start.....the battery lights when on charge are not going straight up they are flashing up and down? Does this sound like I need a new battery? Thank you in anticipation.....

We purchased this vacuum cleaner two years ago it has been amazing. Then it started dying after a couple of minutes of use. Recently purchased a replacement hand unit but the hand unit will not pair with the stick. So the top button on the stick does not function either do the lights. So we have to turn the truck on hand unit only. Is there a process to pairing the hand unit with the stick?

I have a Hoover ultra power stick vac. I have taken the brush out to clean it and now can’t see how to put the clip back in. Can anyone help?
Does anyone else’s vacuum turn on but the bottom suction head turns off while still running through the handheld part? Blue lights flashing? I’ve cleaned out the bottom, emptied the bin part, and it’s fully charged. This is the second time I’ve had this issue but last time it started working again after I cleaned it.

It sounds like your machine may need a new powerhead, but we will know more after it is inspected by our staff and if need be, booked into our service centre. Please take your machine, charger and invoice into your nearest Godfreys store for further inspection. Please note that the NSW, VIC and ACT stores are either closed or operating Contactless Click & Collect. If you do reside in these states, please take your machine in once lockdown restrictions ease. The power head release button is stuck in position and not working. Also the power cuts off after about 10 minutes use. Have checked for blockages and filter condition.
