It's what's recommended for women if you are on a course of antibiotics to keep the balance right down there.

Robert, this question is one for your renal specialist, not product review, speak to your doctor please! With regard to warfarin you should repeat INR within 3 to 5 days of starting or stopping any new medication and this includes over the counter preparations, as INR response can be very individual and not always predictable, good luck.
I have started taking Inner Health Plus and the IBS Support capsules daily to help improve my immune system and to help manage my IBS. It’s been a week and my stomach is still bloated and sore. I have cut out alcohol and eating salads etc trying to eat a fodmap diet. I am wondering if there is any truth that the bad bacteria dies off when using these products, hence the continued bloating and gassy pain?
You may get a herxeimer reaction from removing alcohol and changing your diet. I guess it depends how much alcohol you were consuming per day and whether the Fodmap diet you're following also is scientifically based and customised around tested food intolerances and food allergies you may have. If you're continuing to consume foods or ingredients that you have unknowingly developed severe intolerance to, that could also be the problem and account for ongoing bloating and gas, amongst other symptoms or it could be side effect from certain medications you may also be taking... If you have diagnosed IBS, wouldn't your integrative GP or naturopath have done exhaustive gut testing? Hope you get some relief soon, though.
How long does ibs support tablets take to work?

While there are a number of variables can affect how quickly the product works, we have generally seen good results in terms of symptom reduction over 1-2 weeks. For optimal results we would also recommend trialling a low FODMAP diet as a short term therapeutic intervention. Has anyone given this to there dog to help?
Dog probiotics usually contain a strain of bacteria that the human ones don't, I don't think it would do any harm at all but it probably won't have the same impact that specialised canine ones have.
I took keflex antibiotic and few minutes later took 1 inner health go and went to bed as the doctor state. wake up with fever 2am, thought how that be, today see like infection in a tooth. Now read here this recomendation and worry "If you do forget to take your Inner Health Plus before you eat a meal, you can take the capsule with food. The only time when it does matter, is if you are taking antibiotics. If this is the case then separate the dose of Inner Health Plus from the antibiotics by at least two hours" For 5 days took kelfex during the day and inner health on the go night time and was ok but last night make the error to take it after keflex and am with fever and possible other infection. I finish with keflex and don't want no more antibiotic. Help me got decide to use good food, continue 1 inner helath plus and a multi vitamins and minerals that included herbs like milk tressel etc. your response is appreciated
