Hi All, I have a 2014 21.65. Just had to replace the battery. Everything ok except some (most) of the lights are coming on for 1 or 2 seconds then going off. Checked all the fuses and they're ok. I'd be greateful for any thoughts, please.
Hi when we use the shower or sink the grey water tank fills up with the tap open. If I slip the grey hose off for a second and let air into the line the tank empty’s. any tips on what might be happening. Cheers Mark

We have an error code - E1 on the surburban nautilus hot water panel. We have gas to stove but no hot water. Van is brand new. On our 1st trip. We had hot water for the last day and a half.
I have 2014 Silverline which is very good unit but roof lining (very thin)has cracked and is peeling above front lounge, just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and what did they do to fix it ?.
Are there any reinforcing issues with fitting a Dometic DRS in front of my front vent? Any websites showing how to cut and fit?
1. We prefer to take our own fresh water for drinking in the caravan tanks. When connected to town supply with enough pressure it over rides the fresh pump supply and delivers town to the taps. (Normal). To access fresh we need to turn town off, pump supply on and pump power on to be sure to have fresh at the taps. This is annoying to say the least. Do you have any factory plumbing suggestions to simplify the task?
2. Seems the electrical circuit to the toilet flush is separated from the main pump switch on the switch panel, reason being the pump works for flushing even if the switch on the panel is off. Does the toilet flush water come from the storage tanks alone? Cheers John
Bucko Currently looking at the same problem You need to install another 12v pump to supply the filtered water tap. You need to hook into the supply from the tank BEFORE the current pump then add a small pump with pressure switching. Take the outlet from this directly to the pipe which feeds the tap. Remember to block off the original feed line. I’m going to use a small remote relay switch as I can’t find a suitable place for a rocker switch. Yes the toilet flush is from the main tanks.
You will also need a 12v wire from the battery to the relay. Hope this is helpful if you haven’t already solved the problem. Cheers John
Cleaning waste pipes
Flush them out with some warm soapy water.
I have a 2016 silverline and am trying to use the 12 volt pump, it does work and cuts out when it reaches pressure, but when I turn on the water it comes out in spurts and pushes lots of air also

Does the table turn sideways please.
Yep, sure does, there is a lever under the table with a cable, like a blke brake. Squeeze that and your table will turn anywhere you want.
Water has stopped draining from the kitchen sink out of the exit on the same side but is pouring through near the steps
Hi, we have a 2018 21ft with club lounge, we have had water issues, with the last one in behind the wall, and another water issue in behind the seat by the water tanks, just keep on at them to repair, seems to be silicone problems, they need to evaluate the structures of these caravans, sick of all our issues.....hope you have some luck.
Peter, attached is what I posted about water drainage issues 6 months ago after first trip in new 2019 21653 Silverline Outback. Waste water drainage poor, the design of same is worrying, the issue is masked for those that have a grey water tank. Simple but not inexpensive to rectify. I increased most of the drain pipes to 40mm and also fitted 40mm connections in several places at the rear end where most pipes flow into final outlet. Some changes to flow directions solved the problem. Bob
Does the front window open on Jayco Silverline 2019 models

Can someone please help? Have a silverline 2018 model, when i plug in the 12v connector in the car the light on the stabilizer should turn green, but it doesn't it stays red. What should I do? Also the plumbing is a bit how do you do. Water from the kitchen sink is very slow to drain.
O.K Spus re. the red light, Make sure your motor is running before you plug in, that should fix the problem. Regarding the Kitchen sink slow draining, is a common problem, do away with the S bend under sink that should fix the problem, but you are right pluming is a bit how do you do. I had a 3rd water tank installed, but pump is not strong enough to drag water from 3rd tank at back of caravan, and in general plumbing just does not work, it is the worst part of the Silverline. Tried to get it fixed under warranty and every Jayco dealer said " Shea's o.k. now" but it never was.
Hi spud. If you're still having problems with the esc power then i suggest you check power to the correct pins on both the car and van connectors and that the connectors are clean and not corroded. As for the drainage we carry a plumbers mate and plunge the sinks regularly. I also don't have the van dead level but with a slight front up attitude which helps.
Good luck.
