Hello, I've been using this KFA837 model for almost 2 years now and it started making beeping sound every 45-90 seconds, also even when it's off. I cannot find any info re: this issue on manual booklet. Please advise?

Darren, I have this very same problem with this fan, it turned itself on and off on standby. It is written off if it is pass the warranty period. I would buy different fan and brand and looking at Dyson. Theres no fix on this issue, I emailed this question to Kambrook support and they basically tell me that, they dont want to repair. Im NOT recommending this fan.

Oh thats a shame, it definitely did a good job.. Cheers for the feedback mate.

Which tongue did you remove. I have the same problem with my fan. It turns on and off, making the annoying beeping sound every time.

My arctic cooling fan periodically makes loud squeaking noises. From the time we first bought it we heard the noises and thought it was faulty, then the noises suddenly stopped. They started up again about a month later, then after leaving the fan running for a while they again stopped. The noise is a very loud squeaking sound, any idea what’s causing this?

Hi guys,

Moved the fan earlier on today to blow out air as we had burnt food in the kitchen, but quickly found out the fan would not power on when needed. Only had the KFA839 for less than a year and have barely ever moved it. Made sure to take care of the cable when lifting. Is there any fix/replacement cable I can purchase?

I strongly suggest you call Kambrook help line. I don't have any problem with my fans ( I have three of them at home). they are all moved around the house and all good.

Hi, I have had my tower fan for about 6 months now and it has just started beeping randomly and the timer numbers keep going up and cycling through up to 12 and then will start again. It can sometimes beep 10 times in a row. Please help as it’s starting to get very annoying? Thanks Sonia

I can't find remote control since moving. How do I change cooling temperature without it please?

rikimo
rikimo

There's buttons on the top of the fan. I've never used the remote to be honest as the buttons on the fans are easy to use.

lainey
lainey

Unfortunately there is no button for temp., only power, speed, timer, mode & swing. It is a Model KFA837

Kambrook

Hi lainey, please download the instruction booklet via this link external link  - this should assist you in adjusting the temperature without the remote. Thank you.

this has just happened to me. i only bought it yesterday. Its 32 degrees now and my brand new fan is not working. Did you figure out what the problem is?

The light are all on but no air coming out of the vent. I have switched off and on couple of times.

I've had mine almost a year and it's still working perfectly. Beside the brightness nothing else is of concern. You may have received a faulty good. If you got yours from a shop (like Myer) best to take it back for a replacement. Insist on a replacement not repair.

Niki
Niki

Sounds like it may be faulty. The mode button may also be the issue. Make sure you have selected the mode you want as one of them will reduce the airflow right down after 30 mins. You may also have inadvertently put a time delay on it? otherwise faulty I fancy

Hi Nmm - please return this product to the store of purchase to request a refund. Thank you.
