Hi I have been the owner of Karcher WD2 Premium for the last 4 years. Recently, it started an issue with intermittent stopping of the machine. Now the machine does not work when the power line is connected. What may be the probable cause? How do I get this repaired? Any place in Canberra

Why is it so loud and it blows dust out
Karcher now don’t offer refund for their inferior junk. Their new policy is warranty repair so you cannot return it for a refund from place of purchase. They will only try to repair the heap Of junk so you are stuck with it. What a waste of money. Never ever buy this brand again.

I know it’s really annoying. I figure out that it needs to put a plastic ring, that comes in the box, inside the base. That plastic ring holds the bag.
