Have Kellogg’s corn flakes changed

Mark Connelly

Yes. Smaller harder flakes. More like chips or shards of corn. I found they had a horrible mouth feel.

I purchased a Kellogg’s corn flakes from Coles a day ago and the flakes are small half the size is this a mistake or are we being ripped off very disappointed

I lodged a formal complaint with Kellogs on the weekend and got their response today--" from time to time we get a small variation in the flakes during manufacture--patent nonsense as this website attests--I went back to them and pointed out the hundreds of complaints here and said they were avoiding the facts. I suggest everybody here should complain direct to kellogs--it may evoke a positive response

These so called cornflakes are an absolute disgrace, Kelloggs should be ashamed for giving this crap out . I bought a box today in the hope that the last box was a mistake but alas a box full of tasteless crap.i certainly won't be buying anything from Kellogg s again .this box is going back to Coles. I just don't understand how they could trash their brand so willingly--months of complaints on this site and I am sure others but no apparent response.I have complained directly to them on their own site and am awaiting their response when Easter is finished

They've cut down on the rolling process. Save a couple bucks on electricity? They need to change the box photo, false advertising.

Why do your cornflakes taste absolutely disgusting now.?.. at first i thought i'd bought a duff box... after buying another at a totally different shop realised that something was wrong... Ive always avoided cheap make cornflakes but now i think i'd rather eat my socks after a hard days work as they'd be softer and definately tastier....they are no longer crunchy but gum splitters....i feel like prosecuting you for assault on my mouth and taste buds..... (if it aint broke dont fix it)....it seams as though you've done what heinz did to tomato ketchup... you used to have to shake the bottle hard to get the sauce out... nowadays you still have to shake the bottle hard... so you dont get a rush of watery vinegar all over your food.....oh well... you cut corners and you'll lose out big time... thats common sense... no matter how big your company is people may avoid many of your products because of this..(just like me)... TIME TO GET YOUR QUALITY CONTROL UNDER CONTROL......
