I sent mine back. Kleva is not a company to deal with. I had no end of trouble trying to send mine back. Be aware of the catch in returning. You pay for the return postage. I sent mine back from WA and it cost OVER one hundred dollars post. I would not deal with the at all with ANY product.

You certainly have made the wrong decision! Get your money back and run! This vacuum would have to be the worst i have ever used. It gives me anxiety when its time to empty my because the canister is so hard to remove ! The suction is almost zero ... i wasted $600 on something they advertise as the best thing out there but I would prefer to go buy a kmart one than to stress over this thing for another day... Just saying folks Do NOT and I mean do not buy this vacuum!!

My recently purchased super slim vac with the extra battery deal and it works only for about 20seconds and then stops and works intermittently- I have cleaned, emptied and replaced filters to no avail, does a great job for 20 seconds at a time. Any advice, Al

On the Krapof website, the Slim Vac is advertised with 60 day Money back guarantee, the returns policy states 30 days MBG. Thanks for your reply, are there conditions or can I return in not happy with it

Our returns have a minimum 30 day money back guarantee but for some of our products, like the Slim Vac, do have an extended Money Back Guarantee period :) You are more than welcome to trial the product and return it within 60 days if it's not for you!

Has anyone else had trouble removing the dust bin from the stick. I followed the instructions to push the gold button then pull to the left but it’s not budging ! I’m getting frustrated, I’ve watch the YouTube video and it looks simple. Nothing working here.

Are the buttons on both sides jammed? I would suggest to try manoeuvre it and wiggle it slowly up and down using the buttons to try release it from the thread. :)

How do I get the extra dog hair etc out I've emptied the container but fluffy etc has gone up to the filters Now I've got no idea how to get the filters out to clean. I've found the open lock position.. do I pull push twist nothing happening No video the book is ridiculous shows pictures but really doesn't explain how to do it. Only just received vacuum and I can't do any more till I can clean it Really frustrating Thanks Debbie

There is a button underneath the base of the clear cannister. Press to remove the cannister and filter from the stick. To clear the hair from around and inside the filter, lift the little black lug to remove the top of the filter, then pull out the rest of the filter and remove the hair wrapped around it. I give the round pleated paper filter a tap to remove trapped dirt and reassemble to continue vacuuming. After I finish vacuuming, I also wash out the thin foam filter, air dry and reassemble the the filter bits, place filter back in clear cannister (by matching 3 lugs to same shaped holes in the clear cannister. Then place assembled cannister and filter onto stick by placing the top of filter under the motor and the rectangular hole in the cannister against the stick. When the cannister/filter is in the correct place, the catch at its base will hold everything firmly in place. It is a bit of a process but you will get good at it fairly quickly as I have to empty the cannister many times each time I vacuum. The vac works well. It's just this constant stopping to empty the cannister and clean the hair/fluff from around the filter that drives me nuts. Hope this helps

Ah thank you will give that ago. Yeah I've got it for quick dog fluff pick up for in-between big vacuum. Unsure really if it's worth the struggle lol I did finally work out how to get the whole dust thingy off but then I had a real hassle getting it back in Alot of hard work just for a quick clean up really.. thank you I will try to pull the black rubber up then the rest. Instead of taking the whole cannister out??? Just didn't wanna break it as quite fragile plastic. Cheers for that appreciated Debbie. I need to be patient lol

Hi there! Yes this is exactly how you can empty the full container should any debris make it's way up the top. Just remove the container from the vacuum and then the filter from the container! Kind Regards, the Kleva Range
