I have an Anko stick vac. the motor runs well. Suction works, but the head starts and stops. It is worse on carpet than vinyl floor. Cleaner is about 4 years old. It is model ev-693

The clean filter stays on no meter how much I clean the filters and it does it even if I'm just holding onto it

Hey, the spinning brush on the base of the vacuum stick, the thin rubber 'sticks' that run along this metal brush spinner have started peeling off. Can we get a replacement head through the warranty, and if not, is there a place where we can buy the full replacement brush? Thanks
