Kogan Clearcool Tower Fan Questions & Answers

Hi my clearcool tower fan does not oscillate and I did ring up service staff at kogan and was told thst it didn't have oscillation and that's why it wasn't working, i pointed out that it has it on the fan as an option and on the remote control and it lights up when pressed! But was still told there must be no oscillation with fan. As you cam imagine paying all that money and it's advertised with it but then your told sorry it doesn't have it. Very confused!!!!!

So this is a fan that just adjusts its speed according to the temperature, it doesn't actually have any cooling device as compared to an Aircon unit? Is that correct.
