What are the F codes you get after you go through the E codes to set temperatures.

I'm sorry I do not know. See if you can find a car fridge mechanic (preferably a retired grey nomad) who could tell you in a flash

I'm not shaw, but I would change the position of the M,H,L switch. You could always hold down the set button and turn on power, you will have a code E! now reset the temperature with arrow key press set button and E2 code is displayednow set the low temperature press set button to ecape. If the fridge/freeser still refuses to run I think the unit is dead. Good luck.

No spare parts for this product. Maybe see if anyone who still has one that nolonger works might deal with you. Sorry but it was a lemon product, good while working but only for a very short time.

What it really means is your fridge/freezer is scrap like mine. At the time mine failed they didn;t support any spare parts. Good luck with finding any support. I nolonger deal with Kogan.

After some lengthy discussions with Kogan, the 42litre fridge was replaced with a new one which works very well.

Hi georgeous, that error messageEr0 = your 42Lt fridge is junk.Er0 is Temperature Sensor cutting out. Solution Method: Change the temperature sensor line. I had the same issue to nthis day still unresolved, 2 + years down the track. Kogans help desk was as helpfull as titts on a bull. (BLOODY USELESS). No spair parts. I nolonger deal with Kogans as I now have a fridge from BCF and have no issues with the DOmetic (Waco 50Lt runs now for 26 months)

ER3 = Compressor start working protection. (Solution Method)switch off power for 30 minutes then restart. this is from the list of error and troubleshooting list from Kogan.

After numerous emails to Kogan I wrote to the Chairman. I now have a new 45litre Kogan car fridge. I offered to take the old one to the recycling centre. Kogan accepted that advice.

The power supply is available as a spare part, cant remember the part number, the output is 12volta DC at 6Amps.

Hi Bob, thank you for your question. To change the temperature ranges, please follow these instructions: Press and hold the “Set” button on the fridge controller for 10 seconds or until you hear a beep and the display shows “E1”.

Once in this mode, press the down arrow key until -20 degrees is visible and then press the "Set" button. This sets the lower limit temperature.

The "Set" button will then show “E2” which will set the upper temperature limit. Press the up arrow key to 10 degrees and press set.

Once the temperature limits have been set, the refrigeration function should return to normal.

If you are experiencing any issues with the temperature function, including incorrect range or display:

As above, press and hold the “Set” button on the fridge controller for 10 seconds or until you hear a beep and the display shows “E1”.

Simultaneously press and hold the "up" and "down" buttons until the display shows "888".

Then wait it until it goes back to to temperature display.

Car wiring needs to be 6mm. Adjusting L/M/H switch seems to help with both 240v and 12v. I run my fridge on L setting for both voltages.

Hi Bryan Hope I can help. The er1 error code says that there is a problem with the battery. It says "input low voltage protection" the solution " 1. Change the battery 2. Lower the battery protection switch. You can download the error messages by going on the net and putting in Kogan fridge error codes. I am currently in discussion with Kogan re my own fridge after contacting consumer affairs. This fridge according to Kogan cannot be repaired as they have no service contact or spare parts. Obviuoslt if zi had known that at the start I would not have bought the fridge most unKogan like ususally thay are very good. I will post the outocme. Good Luck
