Kogan Wireless Bluetooth Speaker Questions & Answers

My dell pc pairs with kogan kaprstbtspa but troubleshooter says the speaker is unplugged I just have the speaker plugged into power adaptor so it is wireless and no need to be plugged into my pc I tried bluetooth iphone to kogan speaker and it worked song fine, why is this?
My Kogan bluetooth speaker KABLUWTSPRA was initially paired successfully with my iphone and ipad. I recently paired it to a friends iphone and now it wont pair with my devices. I have followed the process outlined in the User Manual. On my phone it no longer even recognises the device and the ipad keeps saying unsucessful ensure the device is turned on and in range....which it is.
