Where can you buy a battery
Have Nokia 4GLTE - how to stop the loud voice that states the individual numbers I am punching in to call someone. If I'm ringing my bank as I punch in 1 then 3 then 2 then 0 etc the ph calls out each individual No. The loudness of the voice is not governed by reducing the volume with the up & down side button. In public you look like some sort of crazy person.

How can I change the ringtone on the Konka F21
Im sorry I cant remember exactly as I dont have this phone anymore, but I do know that I got one of those free ringtones online, just search for "free ringtones for Android" (Konka operating system is android) and sent it to another friends phone who then sent it to the Konka phone via bluetooth. It was difficult and took a few tries but eventually got one. The konka can only hold 3 ringtones at most. Sorry I cant be more precise.
How do I import music into my Konka F21?
When I select a name to call it comes up with select a background 1.no effect 2.motorcycle 3.sidewalk 4.MRT1 5.MRT2 6.restaurant 7.pub 8.chord Etc etc. Regardless what I select it want call even though it's showing its calling. Can anyone help please
Hi, I am trying to do a factory reset on a second hand f21. It's asking for a password, which neither I nor the previous owner has. Is there a way to do a hard reset using the buttons? The internet tells me about every phone on earth besides this one. Or is not possible? Thanks!
Either the standard password which is the same for every mobile on the planet, unless a user has actually changed it, is 1234 or 0000. Try both and see. If not, then I have no idea.

If I could find Konka f21 information on the internet, then I cant understand why nobody else can find it. I use google search australia, not the worldwide google, and I typed in the actual phone model as well as the brand, and I also went to Konka website to get answers for you guys that have been asking me stuff about this phone for over 12mths now, even though its no longer in my possession since my mum passed.

Louise, in the main menu scroll to 'contacts', then press the ok/enter button in the middle of the circle. You now need to press the 'options' tab. To do this, press the top left button with the dash. This brings up the contacts menu where you can create new contacts and enter name and phone numbers.
Kate I can hardly hear the dial out tone---- NOT {the ring tone volume} just the Dial tone which is so quiet my husband doesn't know if he is phoning someone. Can the Dial out volume be increased on the Konka F21
I dont think so, I never had this problem so Im not really sure how to fix it, sorry. Its not a smart phone so it wont have all the features that the latest tech phones have. Once you have pressed numbers to call somebody, you should hear their phone ring.
Thanks Mellie for your reply. There is a tiny sound of a dial tone, sounds more like a busy signal but is so soft you have to strain to hear it. May end up getting a different brand of flip phone for hubby instead.
I asked my friend to whom I gave this phone to after my mum passed away, she said there are volume buttons on the side of the phone, but you have to do it while on a call or when you are trying to make a call. This puts up the volume on the ringtone or dial tone as well she said. Try this and see.

replacing sim card
You get a sim card from your provider right? So either let them put it in for you or where you take the old one out, insert the new one. I cant remember exactly where this was due to the fact that my mum who had this phone has since passed and I gave the phone away, sorry. But I did put in the original sim card for my mum when she first got it, it wasnt that hard. I think I just put it in the slot and slid it forward, something like that.
