I have been told by kk to get a speed control device for my Sprinta Plus. Where do I get this device in Melbourne Victoria? Thank you
My KK Sprinta is about 2 years old and now gets stuck on pool safety ledge. I know feet are worn but it also looks as if one of the legs isn’t working. Are these parts replaceable? Is it viable or better off replacing whole unit? Thanks KP
Our KK sprinta plus is now just over 2 years old and is now getting stuck on the 'main drain cover' on the base of our pool in the centre. So we have to keep going out and moving the KK. What can we do ?
Hello. y Sprinta will not leave the deep end of the pool. I have tried all the hints but nothing is working. Please help.
Hi ChrisL, If your skimmer box is at the deep end and the hose developed a memory, where is it coiled, it is really easy to relax your hose and reset the memory. Thank you very much for your prompt reply. Your suggestion worked very well. The hose has stopped curling into ever-decreasing circles but unfortunately it still can't navigate the rise to the shallower end of the pool. Will give you guys a call.

If it did originally go up, we will be able to assist in troubleshooting to get it to come up again. It may just be a worn part.

is the Sprinta plus supposed to climb walls? My newly purchased one doesn't and there is no mention of it in the troubleshooting section in manual.
Hi Still hopeful, The Sprinta Plus is not designed to be a wall cleaner. Debris will fall to the floor of your pool and the Sprinta Plus will be able to pick it up. If you have any other questions, feel free to call us on 1800 777 255, Monday - Friday.

how easy is it to clear blockages
The Sprinta is such a simple little cleaner. You can clear leaves, sticks etc. either from underneath simply be pulling the blockage out and using a finger to spin the rotator, or manually separate the short hose of the unit from the main long hose and pull the blocked material free. Easy Peezy!

As it approaches pool season, i.e. summer, everyone is cleaning their pool at the same time to get it ready, hence the many reviews at the same time.
Ours goes up the sides and comes out of the water and sucks air. Not good for the pump. How do we stop this?

Newly purchased and works great but does not climb the walls / steps, hose weights positioned as per manual. Any ideas? 10 m hose installed.
