How do a remove a jammed coffee capsule from my Lavazza modo tiny machine? It is a Lavazza capsule. I've tried tipping the machine upside down and removing the tiny screw of the spout but couldn't remove the plastic part. I'm afraid ti force it.

Unfortunately I don't I think there is a way to fix it.... I tried, but failed. I emailed Lavazza customer centre, they replied me why it is physically locked, but they didn’t tell me how to fix it. After I asked them how can I fix it, they never reply me back.

first of all find where the leak is. Make sure the water container at the back is secure and the small plastic container where the drip tray is emptied regularly. Other than that contact Lavazza. I have had mine 4 months absolutely wonderful makes lovely coffee and Coles are selling the Pods for $7 so I have stocked up well.LOL

Thanks for the reply but the leak is from within the machine, I opened it and where the water pressure build up it sprouts a big leak I guess the gasket is done for sad it did gud for me and I have a load of capsyleft as well .....

My minu coffee machine wont froth any more. The jug still heats the milk but doesnt froth. The little frothing gaget seems a bit stiff. Could this be the problem. I use the same milk that I have always used. Pamela.

In collingwood woollies and coles the capsules are freely available and every month it goes on sale for 8 buck a box of 16 caps

I buy mine at coles and have done for quite some time, buy for $7 when they’re on sale every month or fortnight, have been using my lavazza pod machine for almost 10 years, use filtered water in the tank and empty the used pod container regularly (weekly or every few days -depends how much you drink) if you don’t empty it regularly the tray will jam because of being over full with used pods - fills these simple rules and you’ll have no issues. If you want a nice espresso then don’t fill the cup with the coffee in one go- you only need 7oz (approximately) then stop it or program it to stop at that amount, if you don’t then you’ll get watery , bitter coffee and no crema.

My coffee pod holder drawer can’t be removed either, I have followed instructions, no luck. First time this has happened, the machine has been great, and coffee great too. Is there anything else I can do re this stuck drawer?

My machine is leaking from underneath. Checked drip trays and not them but not sure whether there should be a O ring seal around the pod carrier as water is leaking at the back of this. Should there be an O ring seal?

Make sure you remove the drip tray....you will find its full of water (it sits behind the cup platform)...you will need to empty that!
