I used Loreal sublime mousse, colour 6.23 on my medium brown blonde hair. After leaving 6.23 on for the required time, my hair has become almost black brown. I don't like this colour. Have you got a colour removal remedy ?

Maybe you have hair like mine. I always have to be wary, and colour with a lighter shade because my hair dyes so easily that it quickly becomes too dark. I'm sorry I don't have a solution, I had to go to a hairdresser to fix my hair after I used this product.
