why does the medion E4002 gets so sticky to touch after a while?
No idea except.since Microsoft brought Nokia the soft wares crap in all Nokia phones I will never buy another after the last two they had the ability to turn off and on randomly like middle of a phone call locked and cut.calls
How do I change the ringtone and also increase volume on my Medion E4002
Why is my Aldi phone dead out of the box ? Sis sent me this as a middle phone till new hwawei arrived but no charge or screen image when plugged in ☹️ . I have a completely dead phone ,and no record of purchase .but it's ugly so hope I can somehow jump start it 2 see how it goes.
Simple answer is get sis to email reciept and then take it to Aldi and get a replacement Aldis are very good at replacing faulty stuff no questions asked. Just got a replacement for faulty bug zapper took 5 minutes and it was all smiles from staff and no problem

Sorry, but I can't remember as I haven't used this phone for at least a year or two.
With the Contacts page open, touch the bottom right icon BELOW the screen (looks like 2 overlapping squares); this gives you a Pop-up menu with 6 options, the top one being Delete contact.

Simply tap on the message line and the keyboard will appear. And to those who can't find the Enter / Next Line button, press the Shift key.

load skype through internet and data card for photos , got rid of my phone as it died not happy with it at all

The only way I could find was to forward the messages to another persons phone and then they could print them out. Some of them worked some of them didn't because they were to long. Thanks
Why isn't it turning on, i have it on charge and it would turn on to the medion screen then just go black now it won't turn on at all , i have had it for a year and a half if that helps? ...
My bet is that the battery is dead! I think that it's life may be over. Mine was very quickly getting a shorter and shorter life. I now have an old, well used, 2nd hand iPhone and have none of the problems I had before with my brand new Medion. Chuck it out!

I am with Optus and took phone into their store. The kind lady there sat with me and by making adjustments on her computer records for my phone was able to then set up email and Facebook access.
Any suggestions when I make or receive a phone call the phone on the other end is unable to here my voice, I have tried turning off and removing the battery no luck. Help

Yes it has a calender. Whether it can be synced with outlook you'll need to ask Medion.
Can I synch the mobile to Outlook Calendar & Contacts?
