I took out all frozen food and wiped out a freezer.Next day same happened and a cleaned again.Still every day ice building up on one side inside a freezer.I like very much this fridge,but I tried adjust on a panel.Freezer temperature on M How can I solve this problem?

Silver model looks great and does not show finger marks
I wanted the white fridge, but the store offered me a $100 discount for the silver one. I like silver too, so I chose the silver one.
Does the black model show finger marks as this would drive me insane!

Does the ice tray tip itself? It’s got ice sitting in it but it hasn’t tipped.
Took nearly 24 hours after fridge was plugged in , after that started making ice automatically . Yes it should tip into container .
With the glass front, can I write on it with whiteboard / dry erase marker without staining?
We do not recommend using whiteboard markers on any of our glass-front fridges, as they have the potential to stain the glass.
It may be better to see if you can use an electrostatic sticker that you can use such markers with.
My non plumbed ice making drawer has stopped making ice. We have cleaned and checked and followed all trouble shooting recommendations. What else can we do?

Hi there, I want to purchase the MR-WX700C Series fridge. Our fridge fitting space measures 1830 mm in height, 900 mm in width, and 750 mm in depth. My question is, do we need to have 50 mm of space at the top? Specifically, we have 1830 mm in height from the front to 400 mm towards the back and 2000 mm in height from 350 mm from the back wall to the front. Thanks Bill
Hi Bill I think it should work, if anything it will sit quiet flush in your fridge space. Is there any reason you were thinking you need additional 50mm ? I just measured ours again, it's around 1820 from top of the fridge to bottom. Hope this helps.

We love this fridge. It is fabulous in nearly everyway! We just keep having one problem- we find it has developed an odour issue. Tried everything. cleaned every section. Especially the ice dept. Any ideas what we should try next ?
In regard to the soft freezer draw Is L a warmer temperature than H?

You can push the fridge right back if the powerpoint is higher that the fridge otherwise the plug will not allow it we got round this by adding a power-board with a very flat wall plug and plugging the fridge into that
I have the fridge push right back and plug in high up, alternatively you can plug in on the side

Does the fridge stay at 4C on medium setting? One review stated they had to set fridge at maximum to obtain 4C. This would not be economical . I’m having this issue with another brand and am having to replace it.

It is at the bottom back and my power point is on the top right hand side. The cord is long enough to suit. I leave around 1cm gap at the back. May be have a read for their manual to find out more external link

How often can I empty the ice cube tray? I mistakenly thought that the automatic ice maker would empty the ice cube tray but it doesn't and none of the instructions mention pushing out the ice cubes into the the storage area.
The problem fixed itself.
Our ice tray motor seems to be stopped in the wrong position, it is on an angle instead of being horizontal. Fridge won't make ice any more. Compartment is cold. Yes, there is water in the water tank above. Is this a known issue? MR-WX700C
Hi Jeremy, Please note that the Ice Tray Lock Lever needs to be clicked downwards into place. If you mean the Water Supply Pump (refer to the Cleaning the Automatic Ice Maker section in your user manual) has moved, you should be able to put it back into place and it should sit there just fine.

Can you use the versa draw for extra meat storage without freezing the meat ? What is the temperature of the versa draw on soft freeze. There is 3 settings low, medium and high. Thanks in advance
The temperature range for the Versa Drawer is about -9 to -5.
I'm used to a freezer that is plumbed and so continually makes ice without us having to think about it. How big is the water reservoir in this fridge and is it a pain to have to keep filling it?
Plumbed in connection is a risk for leaks at the tap and i think the system is much harder to clean and repair. The 700L uses a tank that we only refill every couple of weeks. I like it as it is easy to keep clean and you can use filtered water to fill the tank. I guess it depends on how much ice you use
Thanks so much Bruce. I’ve never had a problem with plumbed water. I saw the fridge briefly in store and the removable tank seemed very small - like a litre or less, or does it have a bigger tank underneath?
