My genie turns off within 15 seconds when using the floor head. At first I thought it was the battery but it works with the other attachments. Have cleaned the head paying special attention to making sure all fluff extra has been removed from the wheels etc. on checking through the comments it appears it is a common problem with the stick vacuum. What can I do to fix this problem. Lyn

My genie X5 H20 does not work with the. LED power head on. It will work with other accessories but not the power head. Where can I get a new one?

Can you definitely advise/confirm if a MyGenie X5 H20 battery can be replaced (if so by who) or not? The manual (page 8) says 'The battery pack of this model vacuum cleaner is Non-removable. When I turn it in with the floor attachment it just cuts off. If I change to another attachment it works, anyone had this problem. I’ve had it for 6 months.

I've had the exact same issue! Floor attachment stops it working within 3 seconds. However, it works just fine without the floor attachment OR with other attachments on the end. This is very frustrating. Have you had an answer or found a solution yet?

When connecting the conductive aluminium tube onto the main body’s air it turns on then it turns off straight away have cleaned it thoroughly and battery full charge. Please note it works when it is not connected to the aluminium tube

Slide release button to remove brush (may need to pry gently with a screwdriver) and detangle hair that had gotten caught up on the very end. On the very end there will be hair tangled. You may need tweezers to remove that hair. That end has a small round removable end. If that is removed, it is easier to get it off. Must be cleaned every four vacuums to keep it in check. I have put photos on my original review that may help.

Bought a My Genie X5 H20 PRO Stick Vacuum with Mop Function (item number 59555602) from NONI B HOLDINGS 2 PTY LTD on 23rd November 2022. Till last week it worked perfectly and was very happy with the performance of this machine, but suddenly last week it stopped working while I was using it, so I put it on to charge but after charging it, it turns on for about 15 seconds then dies. What is my next step to get this fixed?
