We are onto the third days with these drops now and I’m finding that my baby is screaming and farting more at night. Iv read some reviews where it does give your baby more gas and then settles after a few more days but how do I know if it’s really helping or how do i know if it’s not. Is your babies tummy suppose to be unsettled for the first 2-4 days?

There was definitely a transition period for the first week but my baby was already gassy so I couldn't tell until after the first week when the drops seemed to regulate him a bit more. He is overall a less gassy and more regular pooping baby now. We're about a month in.
