Apart from Andos, did any other one of you tried to get your money back ? I bought this phone thinking of giving Nokia a go ( Ive been a Motorola fan all along ) but boy I regretted it. Purchase this phone in August 2020 ( $380.00 ) and realised 5 weeks that it was a bomb. I purchased it at JBHifi by then it was too late they advised to take it up with Nokia. I was only chatting to someone in India and was a complete tool. It gave me such a headache I thought I just hang on for now. This phone gets worse and worse by day. Will call to give it a look at under warranty/ repair. I just found out it is a discontinued phone , SURPRISE SURPRISE.

WE have 2 of these useless phones, haven't tried to get a refund. Just waiting for the next iPhone and the will be burning the Nokia phones on the bonfire. Will never buy anything but iPhone again. Swapping to Nokia was the biggest mistake!

Funny thing was soon after I posted on here my usb connection to pc wasnt working. I end up sending the phone to be fix since still under warranty. usb fixed but camera and epeciallly video gone terrible again. Its got that patchy dark and light coming through as if its trying to adjust the lighting. My partner has the latest Iphone 12 Max Pro, thing with iphone i find it tricky to transfer photos. I understand the cloud but geez you gotta pay for that eventually when space is limited. Might go back to Motorola, never had a problem with them. I just thought I give NOKIA a go. Again wrong move. Thanks for the reply : )
