What's the distance that the monitor in the baby's room can be away from the parent part ?
Hi Lilbay, Audio monitors will generally give you up to 300m (line of sight). The range will be affected by various environmental factors including the construction of the home. If you have further questions please call us on 1300 889 785 so we can help.

Is there a connection issue with this model at all? Ours never has any battery life, and beeps empty, even when on the charger. We have replaced the batteries with new rechargables, and it continues to be an issue.
I have to keep the units on the dock to use them. As soon as I take them off the screen fades and the go on and off?!
They're pretty useless being docked just so I can use them! Not to mention a waste of money!

How do you stop the parent unit from beeping? It's charhhed and can't see any other issue but beeps every 10-20 seconds.
You may have the sound alert turned on, this is where the parent unit gives an extra warning "beep" should the noise levels in your baby's room activate the light on the sound sensor. See the instructions on page 12 - Settings to switch this off. If you are still experiencing the beeping please call us on 02 4574 8888 or 1300 889 785 and we can troubleshoot with you over the phone. Kind regards, Oricom Baby Care
