This particular vacuum cleaner is now discontinued but I want to keep using it if I can replace the filter. Can I use a filter made for the VWD-1220, VWD-1220PT or VWD-125PT cleaners?

I can only suggest that you contact Ozito. They would be the best to be able to provide advice. Failing that and if you’re near a Bunnings store, take your old filter in there and compare with other Ozito filters held in stock.

Thanks Michael; I can't believe a real person got back to me on that. I have since downloaded a manual which lead me to Ozito's Aust office who gave me a part number to pass onto Bunnings who I am now waiting to hear back from. Phew.

Keen to know if you heard back from bunnings and got the replacement filter. I have got the same modelfor which i need to buy filter. Any info would be helpful.

I purchased the replacement filter from Bunnings Wagga today for $28.49. It is branded PowerFit, p/n PWF-FVC20-30. Fits perfectly and a new retaining cap is included. Manufactured by Techtronic Industries.
