Hi Sharon,

I don't think it's "recommended" but I guess it's trial and error. Maybe mix some in warm water and spray to hair and see how you go. I'm thinking it will cut down on the "richness" of the conditioning but will stay hydrate the hair.

Shampoo your hair then apply the conditioner. Leave for 3 minutes and then rinse out thoroughly. Blow dry your hair as normal.
