Is there any issues with the vinyl or stitching coming off? I've read reviews that this does happen?

Yeah I read similar reviews before I bought them... but no issues to date. That said, I keep mine in the hard case when transporting them (not the soft one that comes in the box), so I don't know if that helps or not. Also, if there were issues, I'd expect that to be fixed under warranty. I suspect people are just not taking care of them... at $400-500, I'm treating them with respect (as they are damned good headphones). Also - are you aware Zik 3.0 is coming out soon? Might be worth waiting for the upgrade or the price drop on the 2.0 when the new ones come out. Garry ;)

Hi Garry, Thanks for the extra info. How does the noise cancellation go? I'm heading to USA soon and wanting either this or BOSE C25. I wonder how the battery will last on the long flight. Myer has them on special for $425 at the moment.

Hi Ben I bought these headphones at the beginning of an overseas trip which included a number of flights. I think the sound cancelling is EXCELLENT (I often couldn't hear what someone was saying next to me!), and you can actually adjust how much cancelling you want with the free app. The battery lasts 5-6 hours of continuous use with Bluetooth, but if you have the aux cable you can stretch it out a bit more. If your flight has USB ports in the seats you can charge it during the flight.
