VerifiedHi, our display is greyed out and don’t show anything apart from a grey screen. We tried to adjust the brightness yet it does not change anything. Is there any recommendation for us?
Hello Anderson, Thank you for sharing your review with us. We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Philips Baby Monitor. We recommend you to reset the parent unit of your Philips Avent Baby monitor by simultaneously pressing the power button and the navigation down button for one second. The parent unit will turn off automatically after one second. In order to turn the Philips Avent Baby monitor on, press the power button again.

Hi, I think it is via Bluetooth as there is no wifi needed.

Why does the avent scd 600 keep saying out of range when I'm not even far away for his bedroom ???
I found sometimes Wifi signals can interrupt it, or if you have a cordless phone near by.
