Crap, I’ve just ordered one. What do I do?

I have just written a less than flattering review of the item (it might be what prompted your post). Given the time it took to arrive, mine was clearly sent direct from China so your chances of getting a refund are, well, minimal. See the other reviews and all the trouble they have had.

They don't have an Australian distributor, so you would have to get a refund from China. Good luck with that... The only thing you can do is go onto every site where it is reviewed and warn others. I have posted my bile on several!

I have tried emailing 4 times with no response. When I ordered, I thought it was an Aust site, but the package definitely came from China, it took so long. Unfortunately, I think we've lost our money. Hopefully our reviews will stop others going through the same thing :(

The Instruction manual is not very helpful..#how much water to fill unit? #how long till fully charged? Product is very disappointing, certainly doesn't perform as described, and way too expensive for what it is..

From recollection I think it can take up to 300-400ml water, can also place ice in the tank but in reality it makes no difference to the air temp. I just look at the side of the water tank to gauge the water level. Charging is slow and will take several hours.

Two small glasses of water to fill but you can see the reservoir clearly. Takes 3 hours to charge however on top fan it runs out after 2 hours so very ineffective. Basically it’s false advertising and no return or refund if you’re not happy. Really should around $35 and advertised as a basic desktop fan. All these fans will become landfill..
