What if I used this device for a Minute trying to figure it out while pregnant? Did I harm my baby?
Hello Dee,
A short period of use is not likely to be a problem. We have not conducted studies on the device in pregnant women, which is why we do not recommend.
Hope this helps ease your worries.

I started using the Revitive Circulation Booster to increase blood circulation because after a dermatologist blasted a spot on my leg it took 72 days for the scab to fall off! After using the Booster for 3 weeks I now have bad pain in my knee and am due to see a traumatologist next week. Could the knee damage be caused by using the Revitive Booster?
Hi Derek, If you are using Revitive via the foot plates, it is unlikley that you will be feeling the stimulation as high as the knee. Generally the EMS is felt in the feet, ankles and calf muscles. It is unlikely to be impacting the knees unless you are using the thigh pads / knee programs (only on the older Osteoarthritis model or the Coach Knee Bundle).
If it is concerning you, we'd recommend you stop using it until you see your doctor and check if electrical muscle stimulation is suitable.
Warm Regards, Actegy Health Australia.
Thank you for the advise.
Is Revitive Medic OK to use if you have osteoarthritis in the feet and ankles? If so, can it help with the associated pain and swelling?
Hi Lee, Osteoarthritis in the feet and ankles is not a contraindication. Revitive can assist with issues relating to poorer circulation of the legs and feet - including aches, pains and swelling. We offer a 60 day money back trial so you can give it a go for yourself and see if it helps your specific areas of concern.
Warm Regards, Actegy Health Australia.
Thank you. That's very helpful. I will pass the information on to my relative who has tried ours and is thinking of trying one for themself.
Can you use it for swollen legs if you are pregnant
Hi Mary,
Thanks for checking. Unfortunately Revitive is not recommended during pregnancy.

Hi, I have type 1 diabetes and use an insulin pump. Is the revitive ok to use with this?
Hello Kellie C. There are no contraindications that prevent the use of Revitive device with continuous blood glucose monitors and insulin pumps (CSII). We do recommend consulting with a doctor for anyone with a pre-existing condition.
Warm Regards, Actegy Health Australia
Thank you.
Can you use while on carpet?
Hi Cathy, Absolutely - there is no problem using the device on carpet. In fact many people prefer this so the rocking does not make any bumping sounds (this can happen on tiles or floor boards when the IsoRocker is active),
Regards, Actegy Health Australia.
Thanks so much!

I have the same problem with my Revitive IX and cleaning as they suggest with a wet cloth just turns the black powdery residue into a much worse coal tar sludge. I have e:mailed them and await a response, but clearly the foot pad material disintegrates over time and unless you're alert, you could have an expensive recarpeting job on your agenda. I'll update when (if) I get a response.
Hi Chris, Please check your emails. I have responded this morning.
These guys responded in double quick time - very impressive, and I have arranged with them to have the footpads replaced for what I think is a very reasonable price. More than happy with what they've done so far.
Great service - same day repair, super friendly and helpful, very reasonable price.
My revititive leaves my feet black from the pads , how can I clean it, have tried wiping it down but before long it is black again and hard to get off feet.
Hi Reflection, When this happens, cleaning may not completely resolve the issue. This model was discontinued quite some time ago, but if you would like to have a chat with our Customer Service team they can run through your options - 07 5443 9767.

Does this help with swelling in my feet and legs I have Lupus and Rheumatoid arthritis and Cirrhosis of the liver and my feet and legs swell up so if this helps with that I would like to get one
Hi Tina E, Revitive may assist with swelling in the lower legs and feet caused by poorer circulation. Since you have some pre-existing health conditions we recommend that you have a chat with your doctor before use to ensure that it is suitable for you with a full view of your medical history and any current medication or treatment plans.

I have chemo induced neuropathy in my feet after being treated for breast cancer. Can you please advise me if it is safe for me to use revitive lv for pain tightness and tingling in my feet. Thanks Julie
Hi julie B. Revitive is indicated to assist with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. Given the varied nature of chemotherapy and the fact that you are being treated for an existing health concern, we would recommend that you check with your Doctor before using Revitive to ensure that is is suitable for you right now.
If your doctor is comfortable with the use of Revitive, we do offer a 60 Day Money Back Trial. This would give you the opportunity to see if it provides relief for your symptoms.
If we can offer any more specific information, please feel free to give us a call on 07 5443 9767

If the problem is because you have sweaty feet then it's advisable to put lotion on the sole of your feet before stepping on the machine. Or if the problem is the machine itself (as in, the pads are melting, because it should not) then consult customer service for advice.
I have very tired aching, heavy legs. What is the best time to use Revitative LV, morning, afternoon or evening, Thank you.

Hello is this machine any help with plantar fasciitis? I have suffered this for years and cannotv take any medication as i suffer from anaphylaxis from most meds.
Thanks
Thank you for your question, Paul. Unfortunately, REVITIVE Circulation Booster is not registered to reduce pain caused by plantar fasciitis. You can try our other device - Ultralieve Ultrasound Therapy which is designed to relieve pain and support healing. Using a very high-frequency vibration, Ultralieve penetrates deep below the surface of the skin (up to 5 cm) to support healing and relieve pain.
If you have any other questions about this device, please contact our Customer Service team at 1800 505 108, or drop us an email at info.au@actegy.com

will it help thigh cramps?
Hi Gerry. I am not sure if this Revitive LV will assist with your thigh cramps. Maybe check with the manufacturer. Sorry I could not be of any help.
Also not sure that it will assist with thigh cramps, it certainly does assist with calve cramps though :)
