Hi Just wondering why the head won't work on my vacuum?

The suction isn't powerful enough to overcome the resistance of the carpet.

We have gotten this vacuum as a gift and loved it til it started to just shut off. We thought it might be clogged or something but have never had an issue in the past with our old vacuum. We are presently speaking with the company to resolve the issue with our warranty. does anyone else have such a problem?

Hi Miro My one is still working okay. 6 months on, I've noticed that the vacuum has noticeably lost its power. We opened the top consol (Not the dust container) and cleaned the sponge then it seems working in a stronger power what it should be.

A bit concerned about this vacuum after reading other people's experience....

Hope you could resolve the issue asap. Please keep update us how you go.

Good luck with getting the unit serviced. Seems a trend.. They work well for a while then break. No replacements as the company doesn't make them anymore. We took ours back and bought a Hoover.
