Not sure- I had trouble casting anything…it never really worked for me. Because of the memory issue (unable to access additional memory I added…tried EVERYTHING, went everywhere and no one could figure out how to access the additional memory) . I really recommended NOT buying this phone unless you 1) don’t use many apps 2) don’t take photos.
The memory (storage) issue really makes it unusable after a short time.
Why does my A20 microphone only work on loud speaker?
We have an A20 phone and are restoring a backup from Samsung cloud. We have a back up of the old "memos" from a dead S6. And we have downloaded SNote successfully onto the a20. However in the settings of SNote there is no option to "Sync with Samsung cloud". the option is just not there at all. Is this app just incompatible with the A20?
I suggest you go to a Samsung outlet in person, ask them to either do the job or to detail you the answer. I had no end of probs with my A20 so much so I got rid of it when less than 6 weeks old. Samsung were helpful to a point but very slow to get back. . Depending on your location the Samsung stores I know of are George St Sydney, Westfield's Penrith. The repair shops are expensive & reluctant to get to involved.

How do I turn voice activation off?
sorry the phone is at repair shop. So i can not tell u exactly with out it, but I think you go to phone settings then go to accessibility and u should see something in there.

Is anyone having issues with the phone pocket dialling 000 emergency services? My son has had the phone just over 12 months and in the last month, I have had the police turn up to check all was okay at my place (phones in my name) and then again yesterday to my sons school as they tracked the location. It was clear to police it was a pocket dial but they have an obligation to ensure that the person is safe. The phone should not be able to dial emergency services in a pocket. He was also telling me that the phone would unlock without his fingerprint id and facial id. I think its a fault but who knows. He did crack the screen (minor crack) when he first got the phone and it had a screen protector on it, but this is a new issue. As a result we have turned the phone off and I have given him my old phone and purchased a replacement. It should not be able to call 000 in a pocket.

Yes as a matter of fact, had this problem last night. 000 rang me up after my phone dialed them while it was in my pocket. It also activates the flashlight and music player when in my pocket without my permission. Stupid thing.
The 2nd time it happened they said if it happens again we may receive a fine. I got rid of the phone, gave my son an iPhone and put that one in a drawer. Never to be turned on again.
Also, dialling emergency services and turning on torch can be done without unlocking. Hence the issue of pocket dialing.

I Already did this. Followed the steps suggested and it happened again. We have since stopped using the phone as can’t risk another incident dialling 000 and wasting emergency services time.
Can you tell me if a charger came with the A20 which I purchased about June last year. I can't find one so am not sure if I did get one and have misplaced it or there wasn't one included. I am sure I was using one a while ago but I might have been mistaken so now I use my computer to charge the battery

I have some issues with my speaker - it's clearer to speak when I used headphones but I'm not always using headphones like in the car. The speaker isn't clear or cuts out. Has anyone else experienced this? Apart from that, it's a great phone.

Hi. Looking at the A20 as my next purchase. Currently running s7, but has just about run its race. I've replaced battery but still poor battery life. I'll ne using the A20 for calls, texts, standard emails(personal), trustworthy apps, banking, Facebook, Kayo, Netflix which is why I like the bigger screen. So... Will this phone be capable?
Hi Matt, the A20 does have default apps for you to make calls, texts and email. In regard to compatibility of third party apps, we recommend for you to head to the Google Play Store on your current device and checking the Android compatibility of the relevant app.

Hi, I have a Samsung A20 since last year. This morning I went to open Samsung Notes. The screen was blank, meaning Samsung Notes was not responding. First time for this problem. Obviously I have notes that are important to me, such as my Electricity Account Number, Meter box number etc. Any suggestions for problem fixing. I opened App info but nothing to help. On front screen when tapping Samsung Notes, just a pop up advising me, "Samsung Notes keeps stopping". That's it.

Hi Adam, my A20 device is up to date with latest software, but I remember downloading an update two or so days ago from who I supposed was SAMSUNG. Could I have received a virus, but if so then how come nothing else has stopped working.
How do I clear the cache and am I to do so through the SETTINGS app or the internal SAMSUNG NOTES? Thanks

Hi Ada, I think I know what happened to Samsung Notes. Possibly I did not update after last software update installed, Android 10. I can open the app but not access stored notes to edit. I have been problem solving. Followed instruction to change permissions but that did not help. App still not accessed for data editing or retrieval.
