It's because the video quality is too high for messages,you may have to send in smaller lots.Pictures are fine because they don't take up much space but videos need to be smaller.You can drop video quality a bit,may help.

I have just read though the reviews and it seems that the same problems are with most of the A30 phone. My review was just a brief one as there are a lot more problems that i did not mentioned, with the same problems happening why don't you do something about them as it seems that a lot of us are long time samsung customers and by fixing them you my keep us or if the A30 is so bad offer us a deal to replace them.

Is there a compatibility issue with the a30 and a type-c to hdmi adapter to a smart tv?
Yes does not work I bought one but if you get the genuine samsung lead may work but they are $60.

how to open flashlight on a30
Try swiping from top to bottom on front screen (this is where you see wifi and sound icons) and you should see an icon of a flashlight next to the aeroplane. If you tap on that, the flashlight should come on. Just tap again to turn off. The flashlight comes on at the back near the camera. Hope this helps.
