How do i stop it from jumping around in when its on 800 spin?
May not be level
Yep its leveled. Level inside machine? Even if i do small loads it still jumpy on 800 spin.
Ok. All setup and calibrated. A few things that got me in the setup process. 1. Machine is bigger than advertised. 550mm is more like 580 - 590mm Definitely measures 550 on the top and from the back panel to the door but it does not include the overhang that makes it wider. Made difference when trying to squeeze it through the gap. 2. Need to adjust the feet halfway before putting it in place. This will give you a chance to lower one side if the other side is against the wall. 3. Clearly state that it only uses one inlet hose. 4. And lastly, a different coloured tape would be a help. Took a while to figure out why the detergent drawer wouldn't open. Maybe that was more sweat in the eyes. So the question is, what determines highly-enriched agents?
my old samsung lasted for over 10 years ,wf0754w7v, this modil had a '"my cycle"" program that i coud select my optuns as i like to wash in cold water. dose the new ww75k54eouw, have a program that will let me wash in cold water ???

When I start my machine it's set to 15min quick wash. I can not work out how to program it to start on "super speed" wash. I've set my favourite as super speed on the app but it still come on at 15min quick wash.
Hi David, can we ask whether you have selected Super Speed on the control panel of the washing machine itself? Please note that the cycle time will differ depending on the water supply conditions, and the load and type of laundry.

Why are my towels coming out hard
Try using Fabric softner.. Comfort is what I use and been happy with it. Also, check if your machine is connected with recycled water by any chance I think that might impact that as well..
Hey there, you can try the following steps to see if this resolves your issue. Add an extra rinse to your towels wash. Lower the spin speed. Higher spin speeds tend to flatten the fibres and line drying doesn't fluff them back up, making them feel hard. Add half a cup of white vinegar to the fabric softener dispenser (don't be tempted to use fabric softener, as this will lower the fabric's ability to absorb water). Shake your towels out vigorously, or put them in the dryer on the cooling cycle for a few minutes before hanging them out to dry. Take them off the line when still a little damp and finish them off in the dryer. Dry the towel or cotton fabric under the shade Follow wash care label and select the wash program

I was wondering if anyone else's machine has cracked on the plastic frame on top of the machine? A crack appeared on the lhs and now the rhs too. Nothing has ever been put on top of the machine so its not from bearing weight. Its a bit strange and annoying

I’m having the same issue on my machine.. only 2 months old
Samsung repaired it, really wierd because it looked like i damaged it. Glad I'm not the only one

It heats internally, only had to connect to the cold tap. I wasnt aware when i bought it, and thought where is the second outlet!!! and then i realised only cold tap! So far, we have been very happy with the machine.

what are the cold wash cycles?? besides intensive cold
We only wash on cold cycle
I use cold washes.. well I set for cold wash! But when finished, they feel quite warm when I pull them out after spinning... like they have had a warm/hot wash! Even when I set in intensive cold wash!

We have just purchased the WW85K54E0UW machine. Unfortunately about a quarter of the detergent is remaining in the detergent drawer after every wash. We have to remove the drawer and clean out the residue as it gets very 'stuck' in there. We have removed the liquid detergent guide. Anyone else having this issue? I don't want to change to liquid detergent as it's more expensive and the bottles are not good for the environment.
I had the same issue when I first used my machine. I found that I was putting too much powder into the drawer. I contacted Samsung who simply said to use a little less and space it out and not to have a pile. Since doing this, I have had no issues. Hope this helps
Thanks! I've just be using the Samsung on-line chat and they recommended the same. I'll try that over the weekend. I'm used to putting heaps in my old top loader! I've just put half a scoop in... hope that's enough.

Thanks I tried only putting 2/3 scoop of powder in and it was better (only left a little residue). I'll try half scoop next time. It doesn't feel like it's enough powder - however perhaps it is?
How long does it take to do an average load?
I've seen other reviews saying it takes slightly longer than usual.
Our normal everyday load takes around an hour
It has many cycles, so load time depends on cycle you pick. My daily load is about 1 hour.

No it does not, but mine has a 90 degrees wash cycle, so i assume that the machine heats the water to that temp its self.

Hello, does this model require to be wall-mounted?
I have not mounted this machine. I have placed it under the bench top.
Doesn't need to be mounted on the wall. Ours is on the floor with matt padding
sits on the floor, its usually dryers that are wall mount
