2 in 1 vacuum cleaner bought in May 2019, the brush has stopped rotating, it has been cleaned thoroughly of hair, any body know if it can be fixed, the white cog turns but won’t turn the brush. I love the vacuum but I want the brush to rotate

Take it back it has 1yr warranty Aldi are excellent when it comes to refunds. I'm taking mine back it keeps stopping and the turbo turns off all of the time.

Our Aldi 2 in 1 cordless vacuum has suddenly stopped working properly. It works when in the main body but won't work when taken out. It is 2/3 charged.

Yes the battery would not hold the charge more than 5 mins despite saying ut was fully charged. Took it back aldiafter many calls and a letter gave us the name of the importer to contact which were did very unhelpful it was about 1 week out of warranty. Heap of rubbish not built to last more than 1 year bought one three times the price from Godfreys hope it is better
