Stop taking them immediately. I had constant nausea and felt very weak, listless and almost felt like I would faint/fall asleep. Once I stopped taking them I felt normal again. Waste of money, dangerous if you drive etc.

In my opinion it won't help you with any type of stamina. You are better off buying zinc, caffeine, ginseng or tribulus if you need a noticeable boost

I don't think you are doing harm to your body if you continue, but if the urine colour is different it just means ingredients in the tablet are not being used by your body & going to waste. If you notice any improvement in your energy levels, concentration, or just feel better from taking it, then I would say it is useful. Otherwise there is no point taking it.

Definitely stop. These pills have no evidence that they work, and there are reasonable questions about their safety. See a real Doctor and don't take anything unless prescribed.

There is not likely to be any positive effect. Multi vitamins contain so little of each vitamin tat they are probably useless. Large scientific studies have found a correlation between vitamins and lower life expectancy.

Some people that take vitamins appear to die younger.

If your lifestyle is already healthy you probably will just have coloured urine as a side effect as your body will get rid of the unnecessary nutrients so it is a waste of your money. If your lifestyle is very unhealthy or lacking a lot of nutrients, you might feel more normal. But as I wrote before, this product just has a lot of ingredients but most of the ingredients aren't really a big enough dose to help much.

These multi-vits gave me hives. After a month of taking these and suffering from small breakouts of hives around my neck I stopped taking them. Hives instantly stopped. I don't know what is in these Swisse men's multi but I have never had such an allergic reaction to anything else, including other brands of mens multi. Whatever it is it ain't good, I won't be using these again!

No it only helps people when they are very tired or drained of nutrients eg had a big night out drinking alcohol. If you feel OK or are already healthy it does nothing and most of it gets passed out of your urine. To boost testosterone try supplements that contain Tribulus, I found these to be noticeably effective in increasing confidence and performance in sport.

If your diet is poor it might help your digestion as it is a bit of a laxative, I found. That's not a bad effect. And it might make u feel a bit more energetic or alert during exercise, but only if your diet is poor. Otherwise most of it will just be passed out in urine.

No idea, I don't recall the text on the bottle warning about effects on trying for a child. Though I seriously doubt any ingredient in this product is anywhere near sufficient doses to be effective either positively or negatively! There is a warning about taking too much selenium which is toxic in high doses and don't exceed 150 micrograms. Each tablet has 26 micrograms of Selenium. And it says if you have had a child with neural tube defect/spina bifida, then seek medical advice. And by the way if you want sperm health & generallly better resistance to sickness, take zinc tablets, not multivitamins. And I don't recommend this brand for Zinc the prices are high relative to some other brands which work just as well or even better (yes I have tired the Swisse Zinc tablets too nothing great; I notice more effect with say Cenovis zinc tablets). Folate in reasonable doses is also recommended for the female partner not sure about the male though.
