Im a 17 year old young woman and I have had really heavy periods since I was 11 so started taking birth control pills to stop my period as I have tried so many other pills before that didn’t work. My main concern about taking these multivitamins is that the birth control pills won’t be as much affective due to it, il be back at square one with my period again!!
Hi Mariah, I don't know the effect on the pill but it has reduced the heaviness by at least 50% on its own.

No idea but it just did. No problems with any other vitamins
Generally I find that everytime I've taken these on an empty stomach or e.g. just a coffee they make me vomit. I have no problems with them after a big meal though. It probably has something to do with the vitamins reaction to stomach acid and when the stomachs full of food the acid is slowly digesting/dissolving the food therefore slowly digesting/dissolving the pills. Where as I think on an empty stomach it would just rapidly digest the pills causing upset tummy as bodies not used to a huge intake of all these different vitamins and minerals. Could also have something to do with metabolism as some people may have faster digestion speeds then others.
