Target 2-in-1 Cordless Stick Vacuum Questions

Have had this device for about two years. I has worked consistently with no issues, however, I discovered that it will no longer charge. I've tried plugging the charger into a few different power sources but nothing seems to work. I would have thought the battery would still be ok after only two years ......any suggestions?

I've had mine for around the same time and no problems, however I don't use it all the time, it's just for quick touch-ups. My trusty Dyson does the grunt work.

Just received on Friday but can't seem to get it to charge. Have check power source and connection. Is there an indicator light??

A red light comes on when charging (near top of hand held section). It will change to green when charging complete and when using the vacuum. Make sure the unit is sitting firmly on the charging base.

how do you disassemble the head

Not sure what you mean? If you mean take the rotating brush out to clean it, there is a rectangular tab with a round button on the underside of the head that looks like a screw with lock/unlock symbol. Just unlock with a coin or blade of a knife then pull that whole tab off. You can then remove the brush. If you mean take the head off, there is a silver button on the front of the cleaner near the bottom, press that and pull the head off. You can then use the cleaner as a hand held unit. Hope this helps.
