Does the Telstra Flip 3 (Z2335T) work with 4G? I was told that despite being a 4GX it is only a 3G with some 4G features and so will not operate now that 3G has closed down.

How do I call up my Contacts? When I press Contacts, all I get is the last contact I put in.I have had a Favourites page pop up, but I don't know how to do it deliberately. Which buttons do I press? I have accidentally found a page which has a search bar, but I can't repeat that feat.

Check on chrome to see if it has answer for you. My telsta flip returned it after two weeks as battery kept dying and p,us could not add apps to it. Do not rate very high at all

If the phone is fully charged and you have held down the red phone icon button for several seconds and it still won't work, then I'm afraid its terminal, and I suggest if its still under warrantee to return to place of purchase for a refund or replacement

For younger people, is this phone suitable? What does it do wrong?

It does not do QR codes very successfully, and it is no good for games, it is a good phone for people who just want to stay in touch, although it does have a browser and you can face book on it. it's easily tucked away in your pocket, which is good for me.

It's a piece of crap, I bought one and I threw it away as Telstra would not refund. Hard to use just a crappy phone, do not buy. The settings are hard to follow. And its not really for young people. It takes about 5 steps to add contacts, Not user friendly. And the telstra team at Greensborough were not very helpful. When i tried to return it they would not take it back and wanted about $80 for me to keep my number. They did not tell me that it was locked to Telstra. So i threw it away and went elsewhere to purchase a Nokia phone. Perfect.

Basic phone, not smart, very very good for rural coverage, battery lasts for a week. Only purchased for 4gx hotspot feature. Any young person will be upset that you purchased it for them, their friends will laugh at this dumb phone....

. My original Telstra flip phone was great and so easy to use, so that's why I got this crappy thing expecting the same sort of product. I just wanted to do texts and calls. It jumps, it is either too loud when texting or not loud enough to hear. I get messages to tap for voicemail. Doesn't happen. You get all numbers or all letters. I give up. Going to ditch it and get a REAL phone
