Doe's these Thorn 635L French Doors have parts available? I've tried looking for parts like forever?

I have this fridge for now 5 year has anyone have a problem with not getting cold in the fridge part where the cold air comes out off there is ice in it

Does anyone know what the error E4 means? It’s constantly beeping. We’ve issues with a leak in the fridge and freezes on on the top of the freezer draw. I’ve rung a couple of fridge repair shops and they have said they don’t service the Thorn brand. Can anyone help with who to contact to repair and also if you know what the E4 error means, thanks Angela
