The carpet nozzle is not swivelling can it be replaced
It can be dismantled and cleaned, could also spray with WD40.Good luck.
Only took delivery of Vax Reach vx92 yesterday, and can't get it to charge..has been on the charger for more that 16 hours but lights are still flashing. When I take off charger and push power button, it starts for 2 seconds then stops.. seeing very critical reviews, I think I should return it. I welcome comments

Unfortunately, no. Annoying isn't it!
