Dometic CFX 75DZW (75L) Questions & Answers

Hi brain trust, any help would be greatly appreciated. I have just connected the fridge to 12v in the car fridge power light is solid orange, the two compartments say off. Set button not responding to turn on fridge compartments. I have now connected it to 240v power and it is doing the same thing . the temperature buttons are working have pressed both together and it brings up a A0 i can change this by pressing up and down and the big fridge compartment screen changes A1,2,3,4 + or - depending on the amount of presses. I have turned on the Emergency overide switch and the compressor is working cooling the large compartment. Why wont the set button work? please help.

My fridge + button is not working can use the minus to make the temperature lower but can’t raise the temp or turn wifi on. Would replacing the control panel solve this. Also is there any videos showing how to do this?

The large compartment is set to 2 deg and the smaller one set to -15. The compressor seems to run all the time and large compartment measures-18 with a separate thermometer but showing 11 on the readout on the fridge.

Hi everyone, I was hoping someone may be able to help me my domestic 75 L fridge freezer. It had been working fine but now continues to fail on 12 Volts. It runs and hold temperature fine on 240 V But when running on 12 V it will start out fine But then it will not hold temperature and shows a low voltage error even with my battery showing 13 V on the car. I have also tried it with a battery pack and the same issue occurs with the battery pack still being fully charged? Thank you Cheers Jamie

one side of my dual zone cfx 75 is showing the lid as always open on the app, the light is flashing to indicate it has been open for more then 3 minutes. The lid is latching closed fine. does anyone know where the door open switch is located? and is it magnetic?

Hi my Dometic cfx75dzw has all the lights on the control panel & inside the fridge but I can't adjust any setting on the panel, the compressor is not working & nothing is getting cold. The fridge is 5 years old. This issue may have started when I lost power. Has anyone had this problem.?

Small compartment will not swich on . Have replaced both thermistor probes + control but sml comp. Only reads off. Large comp. Running + control run great.

Just got a new 75 dual, Been running for 4 days, compressor side set to minus 22, other larger compartment to 3 degrees, during night freezxer gets to minua 18 no more, During day goes to minus 12. is this normal?

CFX 75 i have an issue with it not holding temperature.

everything running fine freezes well just that no matter what temperature it is set at it only holds that temperature for a minute or so before it drops and starts up. so is constantly running not good for battery ?????????

My fridge won’t cool down , I bought it yesterday and iv turned it on , set the temperature and nothing changes. Any ideas?
