Hi, our unit is not responding to the remote. We have changed batteries in the remote and it seems to be working ok, but it will not turn on or control the unit. Is there a simple fix for this? Thanks

Leaks water out the front on both of my air conditioners my walls, carpet and everything is wrecked have had WESTINGHOUSE out once and said it was the installation issue so had that person out and I have had them out 2 times and a different air conditioner installation person out for a second opinion and all is fine it’s the air conditioners that are the problem so how do u get them replaced or any action done without getting the run around by this company?

I have two other brands never had a problem ever.
